I've got a few questions that have been bugging me for the longest time:* Why can't so-called "computer experts" EXPLAIN in plain
English ... what they know?
* Why is shelling out good money for computer classes a complete waste of time (AND
money?)
* Why doesn't anything you try on your computer work right the first time?
* Why do people who understand computers, make us "Newbies" feel like
dummies?
* Why does reading those 637 page computer instruction manuals put me to
sleep five minutes into the read?
Hi, my name is Linda Wallis. I've been involved in
direct marketing for almost 20 years, and got involved on the Net 23 months ago.
I've now got a couple of sites up on the web, making me a decent amount of money. But it
wasn't easy.
And do you know what the hardest learning experience for me
was? Learning how to use this blasted computer!
During those early days - when I was having a hard time
trying to "cut & paste", I often thought, "If I only knew how to use
this @#@@ thing, I could make a fortune explaining it to others!" I knew that
of the 70,000 to 1,000,000 people signing up to the Internet EVERY DAY, that I couldn't be
the only dummy ... er ... "Newbie.".
Then I found it! A new club founded by two
computer whizzes who have the unique ability to show you how to use your computer ... in "non-geek" language!
Remember that old saying ...
"If it's too good to be true, it probably is?"
Well, that's usually true ... except in this case.
Two pros to the rescue!
You see, back in August of 2000, a computer pro by the name of Tom Glander, founded
a club with his marketing buddy Joe Robson, which was exclusively
for new computer users.
The club is appropriately called "The Newbie
Club" (TNC).
And as a member of TNC, you'll learn such things as:
- What are search engines? Why do we need them?
How do they work?
- How you can make money on the Internet!
- What are autoresponders and how you can get one ... FREE!
- How to use Explorer, Netscape and even AOL!
- Where you can receive FREE eBooks that will answer all of
your marketing questions!
- How to perform tasks such as: cut & paste, download
files, locate lost files, clean out your junk files to make your computer
run faster, keeping your emails private, downloading photos, why you need
a domain name, how to build you own web site, how to make your computer start up faster
.... and dozens more!
- Where to go to download thousands of free graphics!
- Finding the best (and easiest to understand), FREE software
links!
- What kinds of scams you should watch out for!
- Finding answers to your questions in the Newbic Club Forum!
- How to win the war against computer viruses!
- And much, much more!
PLUS,
every week you'll receive your own copy of the Newbie Club Insider Newsletter! It's
jam-packed with Internet and computer tips, easy-to-understand tutorials, Tom and Joe's
valued advice and more! |
Okay, so what's the cost?
Well how does this sound ... can you afford FREE?
Yep, membership in The Newbie Club is absolutely FREE!
Even
I found "FREE" hard to believe, so I set out to find this "Tom
Glander" fellow and put his feet to the fire with some straight-to-the point
questions.
I called him and set up a meeting
in his home town of Battle Creek, Michigan - a pleasant three hour drive from my home in
Clarkston, MI. And after spending a most informative luncheon with him, you know
what?
This guy's for real!
Tom is definitely a "computer
whiz", but he has the uncanny knack of being able to explain technical computer
language in everyday plain ole ENGLISH jargon. One visit to his Newbie Club website
and you'll see what I mean!
